Just taking a look back at September - when the sunflowers bloomed, a black cat came to stay, I made cakes, I ate cakes, edited videos and spent quite a lot of time at the theatre. Which is one of my favourite places to be!!

Hot air balloon - this part was not edible. Sometimes you just need to know when to step away from the sponge 🍰 The balloon was made from a polystyrene ball, wooden dowels and a paper cup!

I used Couture Sugarpaste and Renshaw Baking modelling paste.

The green icing was coloured with sage gel colour by Sugarflair® Food Colours

And the letter embossers were Alphabakes Font 2 uppercase large by Luxury Cake Equipment
