✨ WE DID IT! ✨

Yesterday was the launch of our very first Adult Dance Fitness classes and I honestly can’t put into words how honoured I was to dance with such amazing adults!❤️

We danced, we laughed and brought so much energy to the room! We moved through a mix of vibrant Soca rhythms, Dancehall vibes and well known call-and-response favourites with a fun twist - including a little remix magic on classics like the Macarena!🎶🔥

Thank you to everyone who came along and brought such amazing energy. Seeing people smiling and moving made all the hard work so worth it.
