Strength increasing week on week... same weight but more reps...

Have a plan, stick to it and the rewards will follow...

A lot of people make the mistake of changing their plans every 6 weeks. I'd advise sticking to a plan for a few months at least, and increasing sets/reps/weight or time under tension, instead of changing the exercises...

This way you can really see the improvements and help push you to the next level.

Why do I always bang on about getting your steps in?

It is great for helping with recovery and loosening up your muscles.

Great at burning calories without knackering you out.

Great way to clear the mind and de-stress.

Improves heart health and can lower blood pressure.

Hitting 10000 in a day is equivalent to approx 5miles and has so many benefits. Even if you go out for 20-30mins it's a great mood booster and has so many benefits.

Grab a friend and make it a social event or give your pet that much needed exercise.

After an inconsistent year with training, I'm finally back to loving my training and being a lot more consistent, seeing strength increases, whilst building muscle and getting leaner...

Have a plan, follow it and turn up, be consistent and the results will follow.

Make sure you also plan your rest days so you do not knacker yourself out and also, it will give your body time to grow and recover.

Strength Training this morning with a mix of HIIT...

We had all the toys out sledgehammers & slamballs (great for letting out any stress)..

Dumbbells and kettlebells to build and tone muscle....

Battleropes and bodyweight exercises to build fitness and confidence

PLUS brand new tunes to work out too....

Feel great for the rest of the weekend, grab some fresh air and get fitter and stronger

So proud of David!!! we had a goal set a few weeks ago to be able to 1x full press up... 🏋️‍♂️

From only being able to do a few elevated press ups, (from a bench) to now being able to do 3sets of 8 reps within a few short weeks, really does show his hard work, commitment and dedication... 💯

Our Story

We provide fun, effective and varied bootcamp sessions for people of all levels of fitness. If your looking to burn fat, tone muscle and increase your fitness levels, we are the bootcamp for you.

Using cardio, bodyweight and strength based circuits, HIIT sessions and boxing fitness, we keep it varied, fresh and motivating. Our experienced instructors know exactly how far to motivate and push you, to get those results.

Our bootcamps run for 6 weeks with our sessions running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am for 45mins. If you live in Aylesbury or the surrounding areas feel free to give us a trial run.
