Had an email from Mr Murray today titled MFL GCSE but no message or attachment???????
Anyone in year 10 who had PE 1st lesson pick up my sons blazer by mistake please ? Its got his orange badge on it . If it could be returned asap that would be fab as he needs it Thanks
Morning, is there a fault with the squid account? My son's has been deleted and I cant top up his account. Thank you
My son has PE timetabled tomorrow he is year 11 will he need his kit?
Had so many letters can’t remember if it mentioned it.
Posting this for anyone else (like me 🙈) that didn’t realise the timetable had been changed from w/c 20th April. On Show My Homework under ‘noticeboard’ (left hand side) its on the blue dot posted on Sat 18th April. The rest of the doc says: Key Stage 3 – 14.5 suggested hours per week.
The timetable below shows when work will be set for students by their main subject teacher and the suggested amount of time. Students will be given one week to complete the work. Art, DT, ICT, PSHCE, Drama and Music will have a fortnight to complete and students should alternate between the two subjects.
PE- students are encouraged to do daily exercise – ideas will be posted on show my homework. Students are also encouraged to continue with 20 minutes of daily reading and a ‘Whole School Read’ will be set for them’.
Reminder to students to also check their emails on a daily basis.
* We would suggest that Year 9 prioritise those subjects they intend to continue with into Year 10.
Additional Work
If students would like to continue with their learning and would like some additional resources or suggestions please go onto the DfE website ‪‬
From 20th April the BBC is also providing daily lessons but please use this in addition to the work set by your class teacher ‪‬
For the children that refuse to do the homework set while at home during the covid thing, could parents be prosecuted for failing to give their child an education. I know some parents think it's not their job and others that are just finding it very hard. What are your plans?
Thank you to all the staff who gave up their half term to take our kids to Brussels. It sounds like a really well organised trip with an excellent itinerary. Luca had a brilliant few days away and has made great memories. Thank you!
Evening, are the grange doing anything for children in need, just worried I have missed something if they are, thanks.
No luck with my sons shoes, hes been into the caretakers office and in the changing rooms but no luck, could I please ask for anyone to keep a look out they are size 3 and quite pricey, thank you
