๐ŸŽฎ Having a Summer Clear-Out? We Need Your Help! ๐ŸŽฎ

As you're tidying up over the summer holidays, do you have any unwanted or unused game controllers tucked away at home?

Our Design & Technology department are looking to create a handling collection for a practical Year 9 project, and we would be incredibly grateful for any donations.

If you have any spare controllers that are no longer needed, please consider giving them a new purpose by donating them to the school.

Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our Year 11 students, who received their GCSE and BTEC results.

As our largest-ever Year 11 cohort, you have shown incredible hard work, resilience and determination throughout your time at The Grange. Your mature and positive approach has truly reflected the values of our school community and the very best of The Grange.

Year 11 Results Day Reminder (Tomorrow!)

Tomorrow (Thursday 20 August 2026) is our Year 11 GCSE Results Day ๐ŸŽ‰Hereโ€™s everything students and families need to know:

๐Ÿ“ Collecting Results in School
Students can collect their GCSE results in the Main Hall between 9.30am and 11.30am. Staff will be available throughout the morning to support students.

๐Ÿ’ป Results Available Online
Results will also be published on the student Bromcom portal by 10am.Please ensure students can log in to both Bromcom and their school email today.If there are any access issues, contact [email protected].

๐Ÿ“„ Downloading Results
Students can download a PDF copy of their results from Bromcom, we strongly recommend saving an electronic copy. They should also make sure they have signed up for the Education Record app.

๐Ÿ‘ค Collecting Results on Behalf of a Student
If a student cannot attend, they may authorise someone else to collect their results. They must email Mrs Cox (Exams Officer) at [email protected] with the name of the person collecting. The nominated person must bring photo ID.

๐ŸŽ“ Sixth Form Enrolment
Enrolment takes place in school on:
๐Ÿ’™ Thursday 20 August: 10.00amโ€“1.00pm
๐Ÿ’› Friday 21 August: 10.00amโ€“12.00pm
Staff will be available to discuss grades, subjects and applications. For questions, contact Mr Sabin at [email protected].

If students are unsure about next steps, Mrs Kittles (Careers Advisor) will be available in school on both days from 10.00amโ€“1.00pm, and via email at [email protected].
Further guidance is available from the National Careers Service.

๐Ÿ“ข Buckinghamshire Council 16+ Survey
Once results are received, students should complete the 16 Plus Survey. This helps the Council track education, training and employment pathways. If the survey isnโ€™t completed, the Council may follow up next term.

It was a brilliant end to the Summer Term for Year 8 as we revealed our Stars of the Halfโ€‘Term! ๐ŸŒŸ

Each Form Tutor chose one standout student who has shone throughout the halfโ€‘term and our winners were celebrated with certificates from Mr Murray, Bromcom badges and a bag of goodies!
