All being well studio classes should be able to resume Monday 17 May 🤞

Body Conditioning classes resume Tuesday 19th January 7.05-7.50pm

Adult classes begin Monday 11th January via Zoom 🙌

So with the announcement today it looks like we will begin the New Year with classes via Zoom again, I know it’s not what we wanted to hear, but if we are EVER to get back to that studio we will just have to persevere for a little longer. I will resume back on Monday 11th January 2021!! See you then 😊

Sculpt and Tone at Home 💪 Tuesday 7.15-8pm

Well last night wasn’t what we wanted to hear although I think we all knew it was imminent. I had so hoped we may be going to get back to face to face classes this year, but it just wasn’t to be.

I am missing you all terribly, but I am so grateful that at least I can keep in touch via Zoom. Classes via Zoom are no match to the studio I know that, but they keep us moving, in touch with our technique and certainly I think keep us sane!!! I would have gone mad without my weekly classes meeting up with you and seeing everyone dancing together!

For everyone I’m sending my best wishes and love to stay positive and strong and look forward to seeing you next week. 🙏🏻

I can’t believe I’ve been offering Live Zoom classes for 12 weeks and prior to that pre recorded! I am so grateful to those who have been able to join me online and I just hope we can work out some way to be together safely in the studio again soon! 😊

A big thank you to everyone who has joined my online ‘LIVE’ ballet classes already both regulars and some newbies, it certainly has given me great pleasure in being able to keep you in touch with some sort of normality, fitness and just seeing some friendly faces during these strange times.

It’s so nice to help each other dance through it! We need normality and I certainly work better with a routine. Look forward to our classes this week!

Week 3’s Ballet videos have all been emailed out

I send out new Ballet videos to my students every week, but this week I added an abdominals floor set in for them 🤪 here it is in fast motion! Hope you have found a way to keep motivated during this unsettling time 💪

I hope those of you who attend my classes have enjoyed the first videos, I will continue with some more every Tuesday for you to do at home yourselves. Keep active and positive

With the current situation and concerns over COVID-19, I feel it only sensible to suspend classes until further notice.
I am so sorry and hope we can get back on track ASAP. To you and your families please keep well and safe and I will be in touch once classes can begin again.

Classes will continue to run this week but if the situation changes I will contact everyone. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic I’m asking any clients that feel unwell not to attend, I will continue to make sure all barres are cleaned between classes and that we all use sanitiser provided beforehand to minimise any risk.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation at this time.

Thank you ladies for all taking precautionary measures to ensure we had washed/sanitised hands and clean equipment to use. Let’s hope we can minimise the risk of any virus in the classes. If you do feel unwell please do not attend class and if need be seek advice.
