🌸 Exciting News for Bloom – Lessons with Marie 🔬🧪
We’re really pleased to be working alongside Lessons with Marie, giving our young people the opportunity to access Science when they feel ready to start engaging with learning again.
Marie is a Science teacher who understands SEND children and, most importantly, understands that learning doesn’t look the same for every child. She adapts her teaching around each young person’s individual strengths, interests and needs, helping to make learning feel achievable, enjoyable and pressure-free.
I can also recommend Marie from personal experience. Both of my own children have Science lessons with her as part of their EOTAS packages, working towards IGCSE Science.
Marie understands that, particularly for children with ASD, changes need to be introduced carefully. She keeps parents updated on what their child is learning and discusses new topics or activities before introducing them.
💜 At Bloom, our focus has always been on meeting young people where they are. There is no pressure to jump straight back into formal education. When a young person is ready to take those next steps, we want the right people around them to help make it a positive experience.
We’re really excited to have Lessons with Marie supporting Bloom and to be able to offer this additional pathway to our young people from September. 🌸
