Footprints - Childminding

Today we had the pleasure of joining some residents in a local care home to plant some vegetables.

We will return later and check how they are growing and maybe make something using the ingredients we have grown.

I was so proud of the children, so kind and beautiful manners. We bought a smiles to others.

We have had a really busy couple of months....
We have settled in back after Christmas, enjoyed new resources, learnt new skills, consolidating what we already know. We are building strong relationships with our friends and being their for each other.

It has been lovely seeing so many of my past minded children tonight.....
Happy Halloween

Wow what a couple of weeks we have had.

We have made the most of the beautiful weather with lots of garden play. Enjoying the sand and water tables, ride ons and play house.

We have been to the zoo, splash park, strawberry picking, playgroup summer parties, sports day and had our graduation party. We have seen lots of our friends and made lots of memories and lasting friendships.

We have learnt about the life cycle of a butterfly, linking in the zoo visit to the butterfly house. We have also been learning about flowers and how important the bees and butterflies are to the flowers.

We have said goodbye to some of our amazing friends this week. We are sad to see you go but look forward to hearing about your new adventures. You have made us smile and we have had lots of laughs.
