Summer fair 2026!

Saturday 4th July - here at Ickford Pre-School 11am - 2pm!

So much to do including a bouncy castle with a slide, tombola, face painting and more! Not forgetting the BBQ and refreshments available too!

This is a great fundraising opportubity for the Pre-School and we cannot wait to see everyone here for some summer fun.

It will be a cashless event - tokens xab be purchased on the day to take part in activities and purchase food and drinks.

Everyone is welcome. We look forward to seeing lots of you here!

Last week we enjoyed saftey week. This week it is SMILE week!

We are looking at oral hygiene and how we keep our teeth and mouth healthy.

We have talks about tooth brushing and the best ways to keep our teeth clean. We will be doing some baking again and we have teeth related artwork to do too.

Lots of other exciting things going on too - look out for a post about our upcoming Summer Fair too!

All about me continues this week. Were looking at our homes and all different kinds of places people live.

Were making our own mini biscuit houses and drawing pictures of things from our homes and lots of other fun activities!

We're still learning all about me. This week we are looking at eyes and seeing what colours we have here at Pre-School. We will be making eye themed biscuits and seeing how good our eyesight is by doing a scavenger hunt!

We hace been learning all about ourselves with our topic of 'All about me' where we are looking at what makes each of us unique!
Please take a lookat the photos of what we have been up to recently and big thanks to Mill View Garden Centre for a very kind donation of strawberry plants and compost for the children to grow their own fruit for snacktime here at Pre-School.
