**Job Opportunity**

Barnowls Out Of School Club are looking for a new member of staff to join our lovely team at our Aston Clinton Setting. Working hours are:

TERM TIME --> Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 8.45am at our breakfast session and 2.30pm - 6.00pm at our after school session.

HOLIDAY COVER --> We run a popular holiday club that runs through many days in the school holidays. Hours for this are negotiable.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has childcare experience but this isn't essential as training will be provided.

Barnowls offers staff excellent childcare discount and good rates of pay.

Dear Parents,

I just wanted to take this moment to say a massive thank you, my last day has been so emotional, and I am truly overwhelmed with the kind gifts money, flowers, beautiful cards with the most amazing words in. thank you all so much for everything today, everyone of your children and all of you are so very important to me and will be missed.

Dear Parents,
Today is Nila's last day at Barnowls after 22 years loyal service so I am sure you can all appreciate the whole team at nursery, preschool and both out of school clubs feel a little emotional at the thought of Nila leaving her Barnowls family for pastures new.

Myself and Nila are both 44 years old so that means we have spent half our lives working together. There have been ups and downs, laughter and tears but over the years I think we can all agree that we have built a special place along with the staff past and present to provide all the children a safe and loving environment to grow and develop.

Nila has flourished during her time at Barnowls into a strong, confident practitioner who is irreplaceable. Our loss is her new employer's gain and I know she will be amazing in her new management role.

There are too many great achievements to mention over Nila's 22 years at Barnowls but her greatest legacy is Weston Turville and Aston Clinton Out of School Clubs which are thriving because of her hard work and dedication. I am grateful to Nila for so many things which include keeping the nursery running smoothly whilst I was on maternity leave twice, I knew Barnowls was in safe hands whilst I wasn't there, and during Covid when Nila accepted the challenge of keeping all the staff and children safe.

Over the years, the one thing that has never changed is Nila's love for the children. Nila has cared for every child at Barnowls like they were her own and I know the hardest part of leaving us today is saying goodbye to the children because Nila genuinely cares for them all.

I can't quite believe it is time to say goodbye but I am sure Nila will be back to visit and even though we will no longer share a very small office together we will still support each other on the end of the phone!

Nila, from the bottom of our hearts we all wish you the best of luck on your new adventure. You will always have a place at Barnowls.
