🥾 🥾 FREE WALKS IN SURREY THIS SUMMER 🥾 🥾
Over the summer we will be supporting Slow Ways with their initiative to create a national network of walking routes connecting all of Great Britain’s towns, cities and villages.
This is an amazing idea as eventually it will provide a free database of walks, information, reviews and so much more.
We will be hosting 3 led walks through key areas of the Surrey countryside and we invite you to come along and join us for free!
The dates and routes are:
Sunday 9th July, 10am start: Dorking to Capel
Friday 4th August, 10am start: Cranleigh to Capel
Saturday 17th September,10am start: Gomshall to Capel
Find out more about each walk and how to attend by heading over to our events page at https://www.facebook.com/schoolofoutdoors/events

The lows have been the weather and the cloud bursts for sure.
The highlights for them have certainly been making camp both nights and also making new friends with the girls from Didcot Girls School.
You are almost there.... Home this afternoon, warm shower, food from the cupboard or fridge and able to sleep in your own bed. Cannot wait to hear all about it tomorrow!
School of Outdoors have sent through communications about times and locations and remember it is a 9:30am start. Transport is not provided from school, participants will need to make their own travel arrangements to and from their Expedition.
A polite reminder to all students, if you haven’t done your COVID lateral flow test in the last few days, it would be a good idea to do one on Sunday evening.
