IT WAS - so rewarding to see her growth, her self confidence flourishing and that she had her first job interview after months of procrastination.

I WAS ON BENEFITS - once upon a time, I was told I wouldn't mount to nothing. But guess what? I believed in myself, and started to fight my demons.

YEARS LATER - I created my business www.metamorphosis-uysp.com and the same job centre where I was receiving my benefits from, have now given me a contract to facilitate group classes. Educating individuals on benefits about my empowerment course called Unlocking your Superpowers.

MORAL OF THE STORY - never let anyone say you can't achieve, know your self worth and integrity. Find your 'Superpower' your USP, your positive traits, and achieve your aspirations.

A quick intro at my amazing friends under 18's music event. Hazel Verleta has created an amazing company called Raving4aReason, which enables youngsters in her community to find a safe place in music.

LOOKING FORWARD - to going to Essex later to support my good friend Hazel Verleta azel Verleta. She's the founder of an amazing company called raving 4 a Reason C.I.C which encourages youngsters to get involved in music, mixing and rapping.

MY PAL - from London will be joining me to deliver a raw, gritty talk on his lived experience about the devastating effects of 'County Lines' which I know will have a massive impact on many.

THIS WILL BE - a live streamed event and once the link is set up, I'll share it for those who wish to see this top tier event.
