MY PAL - from London will be joining me to deliver a raw, gritty talk on his lived experience about the devastating effects of 'County Lines' which I know will have a massive impact on many.

IT'S SO TRUE - what they say about receiving the same energy you push out. Left the house this morning in top spirits to work a couple hours in the office.
THE COMPANY - who hired me to facilitate group classes, has only offered me to teach this at their other branches. And to top it off, another company has given me an opportunity to mentor a struggling teen.
PUSH OUT SOLID - energy and you'll align yourself with the correct pieces of life's jigsaw puzzle.
