A big big thank you to all who came to our summer fete today and helped to make it a massive success! We raised a lot of money which all goes directly towards buying resources for our children to use at Green Ridge.

The weather hasn't been on our side today for our Easter Bonnet parade and PTA Eggstravaganza, but the bonnets and eggs decorated looked fantastic! Thank you for all your support with your entry fees and taking the time to make!

📚🧸On Friday, 10th February, we would like to invite all children to wear their own clothes instead of school uniform

📚🧸Instead of the usual cash donation, we are asking parents/carers for donations of the following for Early Years and KS1 a clean and in good condition soft toy. For KS2 we ask for a donation of any children' s books, (not a baby book please).

After looking at the forecast this afternoon where it is predicted there will be 40mph winds/rain we have made the decision to change the way we will host PTA Festive Fun Event today. Unfortunately, we do not have provision to host the entire event indoors due to afternoon assemblies and a lack of space to host all activities.

Therefore, staff will be selling Christmas Crafts from individual classes this afternoon from 3.15pm. Teachers will lay out Christmas Crafts for you to purchase after collecting your child/ren. The cost of the Christmas Crafts remains £3. Whilst cash is our preferred payment methos, there will be card machines available with our PTA volunteers in the corridors. When visiting multiple classes, we please ask that you use the external classroom doors.

Alternatively if you cannot attend the event today, you can purchase crafts online from 4pm this afternoon. These are available on the PTA website and will be available until Tuesday 20th December 2022 at 12pm. Ordering will close at this time and staff will hand out purchased crafts to pupils tomorrow ahead of breaking up for Christmas.

If you had a booking for the Grotto we would like to offer you a voucher code to cover the cost to use towards our next event, for instance at our next Cinema Club, please see individual emails sent in regards to this.
