Fantastic day yesterday at our combined Interclub as we celebrate our 12th year of teaching! And the very first time we have brought our styles together for a shared competition - both MF and ITF together which in itself was amazing to see! 🙂
This is the largest interclub we have ever put on, and the team was simply amazing. We ended up having two breaks since we ended up so far ahead of schedule at one point - something that just doesn't happen normally 🤯
A huge thank you to our kitchen staff (Inna, Lou & Katy) for feeding our Umpire's a nice hot meal, and for keeping everyone fed through the day. Thanks also to Maria for handling the tuck shop and facilitating card payments on the day 🙏
A big thank you also to Abi for spending the last few weeks handling the tombola fundraiser, getting all the bits and bobs labelled up, and thank you to everyone who very generously donated items.
These events simply wouldn't happen without the support of everyone at Team Powell - so thank you all for another amazing year 🙏
