The adventures continue with the AGS Malawi team! A farewell dinner and disco at the Malosa School, speeches given with gratitude, dancing and laughter and gifts given to AGS staff and students as they look forward to another visit from AGS in 2025!

A surprise visit to Namisundu Primary School to donate some books and pens, followed by a boat safari (and quick engine fix!), beautiful scenery and more game drives with some incredible shots of the animals! 🦁🐘🌴🚤

The AGS Malawi team have been busy getting to work setting up the new classrooms. They have been deconstructing and reconstructing (!) computers to support the setup of the IT teaching classroom and dropping off book donations at Mkanda Primary School, which the AGS Malawi Initiative helped to build back in 2019 as part of the last exchange.

Really wonderful to see the completed classrooms!

Next up was a lovely visit to Kazembe village, along with an accompaniment of drums and dancing! This was en route to deliver supplies to the local hospital, St Luke's, where students visited the maternity & baby clinic.

Finally, some downtime and the opportunity to enjoy great views of the "intrusions amongst the expansive plains" (technical, geographical details courtesy of Mr Corby!) from a hike up the Zomba mountain, past the Zomba dam.
