👏 What a start! 👏

A very warm welcome to our newest 3-7 trainee teacher cohort! Over the last few training sessions, you have thrown yourselves into every opportunity, from induction activities and our behaviour management ITaP, to exploring how children learn in the Early Years and the importance of communication and language development.

Your enthusiasm, engagement, and thoughtful reflections have already made a real impression and we are so proud of the way you have embraced the beginning of your training journey.

We can't wait to see your confidence, knowledge, and expertise continue to grow over the coming months. Keep up the fantastic work!
