Our trainees have just started their second placements in KS1.
In this training session they started to look at the KS1 National Curriculum for science, history and geography.

Such a great training session today continuing to look at behaviour management and managing more challenging behaviours. Fantastic discussions and contributions. Look at the amazing posters the trainees created showing examples of rewards and sanctions that they have seen being used effectively in their schools.

Our trainees had the opportunity to spend some time in nursery during their training session looking at assessment in the Early Years.
They observed small groups of children, identifying the characteristics of effective teaching and learning.

Super discussions in our training session on ‘How children learn in the Early Years’.
We looked at the characteristics of effective learning and how important the environment is.
