Good luck to our Year 12 Psychology students participating in the National Psychology Poster competition at Royal Holloway University of London. Their poster is a colourful, creative deep-dive into real-world psychology issues.

Our Year 10 and 12 dance students enjoyed a fabulous full-day workshop led by professional choreographer Olly Bell from Motionhouse, exploring repertoire from 'Hidden'. Thank you Olly!

A huge thank you to our students and staff who painted our fabulous new art mural. With over 40 book illustrations designed by our own students, it brings our library space to life! Thank you also to the Parents' Society for their ongoing support and for helping to make this project possible.

On Friday we celebrated Year 13 leavers' day with an assembly, followed by a catch-up with friends and teachers on the school field. Throughout their time at SHFGS we have proudly watched them grow into confident and inspiring Floydians. We wish them good luck in their final exams and can't wait to hear about their next steps!

Motivated by a strong desire to entertain, our students led Late Night Music 2026 with their phenomenal musical talent. The infectious energy on stage was matched by a cheering audience creating an incredible vibe! Thank you to the performers, tech crew, staff, the Parents' Society and our supportive SHFGS community!
