There never was just the right time. It was always a ‘one day…’ thing BUT I gave myself a talking to and flipped the narrative from ‘one day…’ to ‘day one!!!’ Although there was always an excuse….
- not enough time
- work is busy
- I should be with the kids
- costs too much at the moment
The list goes on but I decided to listen to my own advice and say to myself…you have a choice to take action or not. I decided to take action and book the training. I am loving it and it is really a holistic experience and the yoga asanas are just a part of it!
