One of the most defining moments this year was launching Momentors Academy in Zimbabwe. Seeing the immense need for vocational skills and entrepreneurship coaching, especially for women, made me realize the power of education in transforming lives. The journey wasn’t easy, as resources were limited, but it taught me that true empowerment comes from providing people with tools for self-sufficiency. This has deeply shaped my philosophy: empowerment must be sustainable, transferable, and transformative, which has been the driving force behind all my ventures. As we gear up for our 3rd Momentors Graduation Ceremony, we're excited to announce that Rumbidzai Mashayahanya from NRTV will be our Master of Ceremonies for the day. Described as articulate, strong-minded, and focused, we are delighted to have her leading our program Momentors Academy our team welcome you aboard, madam!

A day before the ladies graduate and we had our rehearsals students are excited we have 44 students graduating !

Exciting news! Momentors Academy now has WiFi thanks to Tel One. This will enable us to expand our curriculum and provide our students with more online training opportunities. However, we still need your help in creating a computer hub for our women. We are appealing for new or used computers to provide access to digital online spaces. Your support will make a real difference in empowering women through education.

Our offerings encompass a diverse array of vocational skills, including digital marketing, professional makeup and nails, baking, detergent making, hairdressing, décor, and more. These courses are selected for their potential to facilitate swift entry into the workforce or ignite entrepreneurial endeavors.

Furthermore, our advanced courses in fields such as nursing, business startup, financial literacy, and ICT aim to unlock new pathways for career progression and personal fulfillment. Maureen Mandipaza Awarded Honorary Doctorate for Her Impact on Community Development In addition to her achievements in the UK, Maureen has made significant strides in Zimbabwe. She established an academy in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe, dedicated to teaching women essential life skills such as cooking, baking, marketing, and nail care, along with other fundamental trades.

🤝 **Strategic Partnerships:** The initiation of a consortium proposal with Tofara Online Tofara Lindsay Chokera (CDMP) and our partnership with TME Education Ruvimbo Michelle Mukonoweshuro to offer monthly courses in electronics and programming underscore our dedication to collaboration and innovation.

As our Vice Principal, Dr. Krisztina will be responsible for curriculum development, academic leadership, student support, and community engagement.
