Early morning 1-2-1 football training
Early start in Didcot
Sessions available for junior, youth & adult players
Quick feet and the ability to turn and change direction at speed are essential skills to a young footballer.
This drill involves the player receiving the ball in front of the cones before using quick feet to negotiate a slalom dribble then increasing speed as they dribble between gates before crossing the ball for a team mate.
Speed, agility & quickness (SAQ) drills are great for balance & coordination and help improve player reactions and quick thinking.
Soon to be offering one to one and small group sessions. 💥 🥊
