Day 3 complete! Another hot day over here, with a bit of rain finally falling in the evening with storms brewing ⚡

Yet more fantastic sessions today drilling counters, luring, and getting off the line. And lots of work on the switch back kick - which made our guys very happy indeed!

It was especially nice to have Mr Piotr Bernat sharing his knowledge during Tul practice this evening as well 🙏

Great work at the first closed squad session with the ITFU England team up in Coventry today!

The team is now fully kitted out with new uniforms and tracksuits, proudly displaying the England flag 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

As someone who has represented the country in competition for years, it is a true privelege to share that same platform with some of my students 🙏

4th Overall at the ITFU British Championships!

Some truly incredible displays from everyone today, and some truly incredible determination and tenacity on show. Some very tough categories and some of those fights were good enough to be on the International Stage!

Overall from a team of just 12, we came back with 20 medals, being 8 Golds 🥇, 5 Silvers 🥈 and 7 Bronzes 🥉 - placing us joint 4th as a team against 300 competitors!

Great in-depth work on special technique for the upcoming ITFU England Taekwon-Do British Championships, and some great height achieved by everyone!

Fantastic work from all of our graders today! Very tough grading as always, an hour and a half spent assessing all grades up to red-tag, with our black-tags supporting from the front 🙏

Thank you once again to Miss Sofja for joining Mr Powell on the panel, and to Harry Jackson for demonstrating all line work from the front.

Grading results will be coming the week following the British Championships, to allow our competitors to focus on the upcoming competition, as well as to run catch-up gradings. Massive well done to everyone! 👏
