This week we have been using our muscles to hammer and scoop pumpkins. We enjoyed a harvest themed drama tots and did hapazome in forest school to make flags and head bands. We also went and joined our friends in kit class for a nature walk and a play on the climbing frame ❤️🍂🦉

We have been learning all about autumn. We have enjoyed lots of different autumnal crafts and loved making clay creatures in forest school. We were super lucky to be able to go to Axminster market on Thursday and today we taste tested some of the fruits we bought.

We have had a wonderful start to our school year. We have been very busy settling our new little Owls and really building on those bonds with their key person. We've enjoyed bug hunting in forest school and have been really pleased to have Natalie from drama tots back. We went out on a walk and collected lots of lovely autumnal things, we then took them to preschool and used them in our crafts in lots of different ways. We have so many lovely things planned this year and are so very pleased to back! 🦉🍂❤️

We reopen our doors to our families tomorrow and cannot wait to welcome our new little Owls. 🦉

We want to wish our school starters the BEST first day at school tomorrow 💙
We miss you already but you will fly high in your next chapter ⭐️

What an amazing last week we had at Wise Owls. We had drama tots, a visit from Lyme regis coastguard, tried the fruits and vegetables we have grown and our little Owls grown ups joined us for a leavers breakfast. Friday was an emotional day as we said goodbye to our little Owls who are leaving for school. But we will see you all over the fence at big school and can't wait to see you looking all smart on your first day in september. We also said a sad see you soon to Laura who has been working with us this year. She has been incredible and will be greatly missed but hopefully she will pop in for a cuppa soon! We will look forward to welcoming children back on 7th of september and some new little Owls will be joining us too! Have a wonderful summer everyone. 🌞❤️🦉
