This book is deeply personal. It shares my journey through emotional trauma, manipulation, and survival — but also the strength it takes to rebuild your life and reclaim your voice.

It is a story about resilience, healing, and empowerment for women and children who have experienced emotional trauma.

Writing this book was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But I hope by sharing my truth, others may feel less alone.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do… is speak our truth.
