**Job Opportunity: Childminder Assistant (Starting September 2024)**
Are you passionate about providing a nurturing environment for children? I am seeking a dedicated Childminder Assistant to join our team starting September 2024.
**Position:** Childminder Assistant
**Schedule:** 3 days a week, Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Employment Type:** Self-employed
**Payment:** Weekly pay, negotiable
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor play.
- Support with meal times and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with children preferred.
- First aid and DBS certification (or willing to obtain).
- Reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to drive children as needed.
- Willingness to add business insurance for driving responsibilities.
