I genuinely don’t know what to say other than thank you. 🥹🤍

I am absolutely over the moon to have been shortlisted for Young Business Person of the Year AND Rising Star of the Year at this year’s Tyrone Business Awards, in association with We Are Tyrone.

When I started Page to Stage, I could never have imagined where we would be just a year later. This year has brought some incredible opportunities for both the school and myself, but it has also been an incredibly challenging year emotionally and personally.

So, more than anything, I am so, so grateful.

To every parent who has trusted me with their child, every student who has walked through my doors, every adult who has come to me for one-to-one lessons, and every person who has supported Page to Stage in any way - thank you. 🤍

Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, showing up, coming back week after week and allowing me to do what I absolutely love.

And to everyone who has helped me behind the scenes, supported my ideas, encouraged me, given me opportunities or simply reminded me to keep going - there are far too many of you to name, and I would hate to leave anyone out. Just know how incredibly grateful I am for every single one of you. 🥹

This nomination is a little reminder of how far we’ve come, and I’m so proud of what we’re building.

We’re so excited to be getting ready for a brand new term of Page to Stage Theatre School in Aghaloo Community Centre! 🤍

Our classes are all about building confidence through creativity, while giving children and young people the chance to learn, perform, make friends and most importantly, have fun! 🌟

We’re delighted to offer Drama & Vocal Coaching with Cara McGillion, backed by years of professional training and qualifications across music, drama, performing arts and musical theatre.

🎓 Cara’s Qualifications & Training include:

✨ And so it begins… Day One of our Roald Dahl Summer Scheme! 📚🍫🎭

What an absolutely AMAZING first day we had at Page to Stage! 💜💛

Today, we completely delved into the wonderful world of Roald Dahl! From exploring Matilda, The Witches and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, to becoming some of his most memorable characters, our imaginations were running wild! ✨

We acted, sang, danced, created our own stories, invented ridiculous words and explored magical worlds - and most importantly, we used our imaginations! 🪄

There was so much creativity, laughter, silliness and fun packed into one day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our summer scheme.

A huge well done to all our little actors today - you absolutely smashed it! 👏🏻

Day One: COMPLETE! ✅

Now… we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! 👀🍫🎭

🌟🎭 Page to Stage Summer Stage School Scheme is HERE! 🎭🌟

I am absolutely delighted to announce that our Page to Stage Summer Stage School Scheme will be running this August, and we cannot wait to welcome your children for three days filled with creativity, imagination, and fun!

This year’s theme is “Exploring the World of Roald Dahl” 🍫📚✨

Children will dive into the magical stories and unforgettable characters of one of the world’s most loved authors. Through drama, dance, games, and creative workshops, they will build confidence, make new friends, and bring stories to life on stage!

📍 Location: Aghaloo Community Centre
📅 Dates: Monday 17th – Wednesday 19th August
🕙 Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm daily
👧🧒 Ages: 4–16 years

Whether your child is already a pupil with us or completely new, everyone is more than welcome to join us – we’d love to see lots of new faces as well as familiar ones!

This is a fantastic opportunity for young performers of all experience levels to get involved in a fun, supportive environment and enjoy everything theatre has to offer.

Today, I attended the funeral of Lindsey Bell, one of the most remarkable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing ❤️‍🩹

From the day I walked through the doors of Drumragh Integrated College in first year, right through to my final Drama class, she was so much more than a teacher. She was a mentor, a champion, and someone who genuinely cared about every young person she worked with 🤍

Even after I left school, she remained a huge part of my journey. Throughout university, she was always there with advice, encouragement, and support. When I started Page to Stage, she was one of the first people I told. When we found our permanent home in Auchnacloy back in January, it was one of my proudest moments, and I was so grateful that I was able to tell her. She is the reason I am doing what I love today.✨

The truth is, there would be no Page to Stage without Lindsey Bell.... ❤️‍🩹

The name itself came from her influence. In school, she gave us Drama Department hoodies with the words “Page to Stage” on the back, and she had those same words displayed in her classroom. They stayed with me, and years later, when it came time to name the school, there was never any other choice. I was fortunate enough to tell her that, and she knew just how much she had inspired me 🎭🤍

Lindsay helped shape the person I am today and I genuinely believe I wouldn't be standing here if it wasn't for her. She believed in me when I didn’t always believe in myself, and during some of the toughest times in my life, she was there ✨

To Mrs Bell, thank you. Thank you for your kindness, your belief, your encouragement, and for helping me find the path I was meant to be on.🤍

You were truly one in a million and will be sorely missed.❤️

Our heartfelt condolences go to Lindsey's husband, children, family, friends, colleagues, and everyone whose life she touched. ❤️

Rest easy, Mrs Bell. Your final bow may have come far too soon, but your legacy will live on for generations to come. ❤️‍🩹
