🏉🏑 Calling all Hill House alumni!

Whether you left Hill House this summer, five years ago, or fifteen years ago, we'd love to welcome you back for Founder's Day on Sunday 6 September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with old friends, revisit familiar faces and celebrate everything that makes the Hill House community so special.

Founder’s Day is back on Sunday 6 September, and we’d love to see former pupils back on the pitch as part of our Alumni Rugby and Hockey teams.
Whether you played every week or haven’t picked up a stick or rugby ball in years, all alumni players are welcome. It’s about reconnecting with old teammates, enjoying a friendly bit of competition and being part of a great Founder’s Day tradition.

Another year of outstanding GCSE results at Hill House! 👏

Hill House pupils have achieved a fantastic 42% of GCSEs at grades 9-7, with a 92% pass rate at grade 4 and above. More than a quarter of pupils achieved at least six GCSEs at grade 7 or above.

We are particularly proud of the way so many of our pupils have balanced academic success with their passions beyond the classroom. From national-level rugby, hockey, cricket and rugby league to music, orchestra and performing arts, our pupils continue to show that there is no need to choose between achieving academically and pursuing their passions. 🏈🏑🏏🎼🎤🎭

Congratulations to all of our Year 11 pupils on their hard work and achievements.

A huge thank you to our dedicated staff for the support, encouragement and commitment they have given our pupils!

🎉 Superb A Level results and Exciting Next Steps for Hill House Upper Sixth on A Level Results Day! 🎉

Hill House’s Sixth Form students are celebrating an excellent set of A Level results, with many now preparing to embark on exciting new academic and professional journeys.

⭐ 50% of A Levels graded A/A* – double the regional average of 25%
⭐ 87% achieved A*– C
⭐ Over a quarter of Upper Sixth achieved straight As or above
⭐ 9 students heading to Medical School
⭐ Students progressing to Cambridge, prestigious Music Conservatoires and Drama Schools, as well as universities in the UK and USA.

Hill House Upper Sixth have achieved outstanding academic results alongside success in music, drama and elite sport with destinations ranging from Cambridge and Leicester to Leeds Beckett and universities across the United States.

A huge congratulations to every member of our Upper Sixth, and our thank you to the dedicated staff and supportive families who have helped them reach this point. 👏

Set in 1896, this inspiring play tells the story of four young women determined to challenge expectations and fight for their place at university.

🏉 Leicester Tigers return to Hill House! 🐯

This week we've been delighted to welcome Leicester Tigers Rugby Camps back to Hill House for a second consecutive year.

Around 60 young players from across the region have spent the week learning from Leicester Tigers' expert coaches, developing their skills, making new friends and, most importantly, having lots of fun!

We're incredibly proud that Hill House has once again been chosen to host these regional camps, a reflection of our excellent facilities and growing reputation as a leading school for rugby.

A huge thank you to Leicester Tigers for another fantastic week. We hope everyone has enjoyed every minute!
