Good afternoon,

As you know yesterday was our last day.

The children had a great couple of days, on Monday we had our leavers party for those children heading off to school.

Yesterday the children had loads of fun playing outside with the chalk, blowing bubbles, playing in the giant spinning top and having the tents out in the afternoon. We even had a picnic snack and lunch!

We just want to say a huge THANK YOU for all the cards and gifts that we received.

We wish all of the children moving onto school a wonderful summer and enjoy going to school in September.

For those children moving onto Treetops 🌳 we wish you all the very best for September. Have a lovely summer too 🙂

It has been a lovely week, the children have particularly enjoyed playing with the scooters, bikes and creating colourful pictures outside using chalks!

Just a reminder that the Leavers Fun afternoon and Teddy Bears Picnic will be on Monday 21st July 2025. Don’t forget to bring in swim wear, a t-shirt and a towel and suitable footwear!

Our last day off term is Tuesday 22nd July 2025 and we would like to wish you all a very happy summer break.

We have had another lovely week at nursery, it has been another warm one, but the children have enjoyed lots of water 💦 play!!

We just wanted to share this with you all, it’s a great opportunity to pop down to the local library over the summer holidays. We know that a lot of our children enjoy story books 📚 and who wouldn’t want a sticker to collect!!

Good afternoon,

It has been another fun week at nursery, the children have enjoyed playing outside (when it wasn’t so hot 🥵) but to help keep them cool we have had fun playing with water and exploring the big bubble wands 🫧 who doesn’t like popping bubbles 🙂

Please could we ask that any children who have one of our ‘borrow, read, return’ bags could it be returned next week, as we are now collecting all of the bags and books before the summer holidays.

Good morning,

We hope that you are all enjoying the sunny ☀️ weather we are having at the moment, but with this comes a warning for extreme heat, which is for tomorrow (Monday 30th June) and into Tuesday 1st July.

We will be providing the children with activities to keep them cool, and lots of water to drink.

Could we please ask you to dress your children appropriately for the weather - no shoulders uncovered, a thin t-shirt works fine.
Spare clothes in their bags, as we will have water play, and for them to bring in a hat (which is named).

Please apply sun cream before they arrive.

The children have had another lovely week at nursery, they have enjoyed playing outside drawing colourful pictures with the chunky chalks and have been playing some board games together.

They have also been very creative making some colourful dragonflies 🌈 ✨

Please can we ask that you check the lost property bucket during the week to check if your child has left anything behind.

We have a box of books and dressing up clothes - free!

As the weather is hot and staying like that for the next few days it is really important that children under the age of 7 do not have slushies.

Please feel free to share and pass this message on to your friends and family!

Stay safe and hydrated and remember that drinking water is a great way to look after our bodies 💦

We just wanted to share this with you, it’s being held on Saturday 14th June at THE REC’ in Attleborough.

This summer we’re holding our first SEND family fun day ☀️ there’ll be plenty of activities for the whole family, and anyone is welcome to attend what we hope will be an inclusive and enjoyable day for all!

The children have had another lovely week with us at Nursery.

It’s been a busy one with having lots of time playing outside.
Some of the things they have enjoyed doing were playing and exploring the sand, kicking footballs - fast and high, and zooming around on the scooters.

Whilst inside the classroom we have been singing some of our favourite nursery rhymes and have been creative making this fantastic pictures!

We hope you all have a lovely half term and we look forward to seeing the children when we are back open on Monday 2nd June 2025.
