Good morning everyone.

Firstly, I hope you've all enjoyed the summer holidays and this bank holiday weekend 🌞 ☀️

A reminder classes will be on tomorrow, Sunday 30th August for anyone wanting a training session this week. Anyone who is due to train on Monday could I ask you come to sessions tomorrow instead (as it's Bank Holiday and we're closed).
