She didn't know it then, but enrolling onto a Funding Futures course would be the first step towards a completely new chapter.

Sophie joined Funding Futures as a learner, looking to build her confidence, gain new skills and create new opportunities for herself. Today, she's come full circle.

Now, as one of our Educators and Mentors, Sophie is supporting other women on the very same journey she once took herself. She understands the challenges, celebrates every achievement and is living proof of what can happen when you're given the right support and believe in yourself.

Her journey is a reminder that where you are today doesn't have to be where you stay. Sometimes, one decision really can change everything.

Sometimes, all it takes is one chance to realise you’re capable of more than you thought. ✨

The doubts become confidence.
The “I can’t” becomes “I did it.”
And the person who wasn’t sure what was next starts asking, “What else can I do?”

Because when you believe in yourself, put your mind to something and give it a go, you might surprise yourself with just how far you can go. 🤍

Behind every smile is a story.

For Nina, that story is one of resilience, growth and believing in herself.

From becoming a mum and recovering from a C-section, to stepping outside her comfort zone, completing our Empower Her course, moving into her first home and gaining skills that her friends and family now come to her for treatments, every step has helped shape the confident woman she is today.

Her journey shows that confidence isn't something you're born with. Sometimes, it starts with saying yes to one opportunity.

Inside Elevate Her 💅✨

Ever wondered what the Elevate Her course is actually like?

Here’s a little look at Week 3 where our learners focused on understanding the natural nail, learning how to correctly prep the nail and practising how to apply builder gel.

The course combines theory with hands-on practical learning, giving learners the chance to develop real skills, practise their techniques and build their confidence along the way. 🤍

This is just one example of the hands-on learning you can expect throughout the Elevate Her journey! 💅

Another amazing milestone for our Elevate Her ladies!

Yesterday , another 10 incredible women completed our Elevate Her programme, with every one of them successfully gaining a qualification in Builder Gel Nails! 🎓💅

But the journey doesn’t stop here…

🌟 Six of our learners have already enrolled onto Beauty Therapy courses at Bolton College, taking another exciting step towards a brighter future.

🌟 One learner has already secured a space in a salon, ready to put her new skills into practice.

🌟 And the others have big plans to become self-employed, building businesses and creating opportunities for themselves.

We couldn’t be prouder of what these ladies have achieved. ❤️

A HUGE congratulations to every one of you, and a massive thank you to everyone who came along to support our learners by being models. Your support really does mean the world to them, and to us.

Good luck, ladies! 🍀 We can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you. Keep believing, keep growing and keep ELEVATING!

🦆 This week’s Funny Stories…

Is just Hayley being Hayley… 😂

She started hearing “quack quack” and obviously had to investigate. And what did she find? A poor duck with fishing wire wrapped around his leg! 🥺🦆

Of course, Hayley couldn’t just leave him there, so she stepped in to help get the wire off and make sure Mr Duck was okay. ❤️

And now, naturally, she’s made a new best friend. 😂

Hayley + Mr Duck = friendship we didn’t know we needed.🦆🤣
