Greetings beautiful and vibrant souls - let's thrive together! I’m currently training to become a yoga teacher.

Through Serenity 4 Women, I help women who have experienced domestic abuse and toxic relationships move from pain to power by rebuilding their confidence, self-worth, and emotional strength 💜 I’m Lindsey, Mom to two children: a 17-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old boy. Hi ladies can't believe WOW! Gathering 2026 is all kicking off in just under a week!!!

I'm setting up a WhatsApp group and Facebook group for anyone who is travelling to and camping on their own. This is my second time on the field as a solo camper and I am looking forward to connecting with you all 💖 If you want to be part of this group please message me 🤗

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all the incredible female business owners who have responded so positively to my Self-Love Hampers idea. 💕

I’ve been blown away by your generosity, encouragement and willingness to get involved. Some of these amazing women I’ve met through networking, while others have been recommended to me by equally wonderful people and I’m so grateful for every connection.

This whole idea was actually inspired by the lovely Kerrie Adams & Russ, who sent me a surprise gift in the post. It didn’t just brighten my day, it brightened my entire weekend. That simple act of kindness stayed with me and sparked the idea of creating hampers filled with products and messages that encourage women to pause, appreciate themselves and embrace a little self-love.

I'm still looking for more beautiful products and ideas to include, so if you're a female business owner with something that could be a perfect fit, or if you know someone who is, I'd love to hear from you!

Thank you again for all the support so far. It really does mean the world. ✨💗

I have decided to start producing Self-Love Gift Hampers to sell, and I'd love to support local businesses while doing it.

I'm looking for small local businesses that handcraft quality items which I can buy in larger quantities at a reasonable price to include in my hampers.

There will be 3 price ranges to choose from:

✨ Day 26 of 30 Day Challenge ✨

I may have gone quiet on here, but I’ve still been bouncing for 10 minutes every day behind the scenes 💪

Not going to lie - this heat has made it tougher ☀️ so I’ve been getting it done first thing in the morning.

One thing I always discuss with my life coaching clients: do the hardest task first. Start the day with a win and everything else feels easier 🙌

Also discovered barefoot bouncing works best for me - more stability and flexibility 👣

And yes, my light therapy patches have been on throughout too ✨

Had my cheerleader (my son) cheering me on today, which was really special.
It's been fabulous getting so many messages and comments of support over all of my platforms so just wanted to express my gratitude to you all 💖

✨Day 17 of 30 Day Challenge ✨
I wasn't sure I'd be able to complete today after hurting my knee again at football but didn't want to quit now so adapted it. I didn't do the full routine but was happy with what I achieved.

Sometimes obstacles get in our way but it's how we react to them.

✨Day 16 of 30 Day Challenge ✨

I’ve had quite a few people asking what routine I’m using, so here it is 👇

10-minute trampoline workout:
• Bounce in place – 30 sec
• Jog in place – 30 sec
• Marching bounce – 30 sec
• Jumping jacks – 30 sec
• Leg crosses – 30 sec
• Leg raises with arm reach – 30 sec
• Rest – 30 sec

Repeat 3x 🔁

Honestly such a simple workout, but it gets the heart rate up, boosts energy, and is actually fun to stick with. Day 16 and I’m feeling stronger, fitter, and way more motivated than I expected 🙌

If you’ve been thinking about trying a rebounder/trampoline workout, this is your sign 💪✨

Halfway there, and honestly… I’ve learnt so much already 💫

✨ Consistency matters more than perfection
✨ 10 minutes can completely shift my mood
✨ Rebounding is low impact but HIGH energy
✨ My stamina has improved way more than I expected
✨ Movement feels easier when it’s actually fun
✨ Sweating = stress relief 😂
✨ Some days motivation is low, but showing up still counts

The biggest lesson so far?
Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to feel complicated.

✨ Day 14 of the 30 Day Challenge ✨

I’m getting more adventurous every day! 💪

Since my knee injury from playing football, I’ve been worried about injuring it again… but honestly, it feels stronger now than it has in a long time. 🙌

I’m still not quite as agile as I’d like to be, but I’m heading to dance class tomorrow so hoping that helps loosen me up even more 💃

Wearing light therapy patches has definitely helped my body repair faster and feel less painful, but there’s more to it than just popping patches on and hoping for the best. I need to do my part too:
✨ Eat healthy
✨ Stay hydrated
✨ Exercise
✨ Keep moving
✨ Listen to my body

Recovery is teamwork between the body, mindset, and consistency ❤️
