Pupils at Witherley Primary School have completed their 8‑week Wellbeing course and are now Positivity Ambassadors for their school 🌼

Throughout the course, they learned helpful skills to support their own mental health and took part in a different fun activity each week.

With support from the council’s Youth Engagement Activator, they’ve also created a list of ideas to help promote wellbeing across the school.

Well done to all of them! 👏

❄️ School Closure❄️

Good morning,
School will be closed today due to the snow. Although it has stopped, the roads and pavements are still covered in deep snow, particularly on the back routes and on housing estates. This has made driving conditions particularly dangerous.

This decision has been made with the safety of staff and pupils in mind.
