🧠 FAMILY QUIZ 🧠

With the cold and frosty weather upon us, you and your family might be feeling like staying indoors and keeping cosy.

We have the perfect activity for you! Come along to the ELPC Family Quiz on Saturday 7th February (5pm to 8pm at Athelstaneford Village Hall).

Bring a team of up to six people and enjoy a relaxed evening packed with laughs and light hearted competition.

There will be fresh pizza to buy, BYOB and soft drinks will be available to purchase.

If you don't have a full team - don't worry! We can match you up with another incomplete team so everyone can join in.

Perfect for all ages who enjoy a cheerful night out with a welcoming, community feel. (Non-horsey folk are very welcome and questions are general knowledge rather than equestrian!)

The light this week has been incredible. Couldn’t take my eyes off Dillon on Friday afternoon with the light coming through his mane 😍 (jockey Lily agreeing to be in shot 👌)

Dillon’s mane and thick Fell/Cob coat offers lots of protection in winter - like his own electric blanket!

When the view from your office takes your breath away 🩵

Frozen surface, so lots of practise in transitions, control and straightness for the chilly morning riders! 🥶

The lovely Zeb having a go at dressage last month.

A familiar stomping ground for me, and a new one for him, in more ways than one!

Great experience for us both, with judge’s comments giving us lots to work on for next time.

Sunshine! ☀️

Today’s lesson was in steering and control. 🐴

Look how beautifully the riders executed their ‘turn in on the centre line’ to end the lesson! 😍👌

Very proud of horses and riders.

It’s been a challenging winter! These days are good for the soul.

(Not packing the thermals away yet!)
