Fifteen years ago, in 2011, Westdale were appointed by Durham County Council to deliver a £2.142 million regeneration project to around 300 Victorian Terrace houses in Craghead, utilising Structherm’s EWI system with an ArtBrick finish.

The properties saw their appearance dramatically rejuvenated, while preserving their original period character.

There was an uptake of 99%, resulting in the regeneration of an entire community.
