So whilst in the midst of my third year dissertation I decided it would be a good idea to be in 2 shows, the week after one another 😂 glad I did though because I’m loving them both! Cold front; a hilarious play set in a wooden shack in the middle of snowy Scotland! I play the part of Malcolm, a bird watching enthusiast (just like me 😂)! Really funny - one not to be missed! Love playing along side a great cast!

Some sad news to add to your wet and Monday; ‘Au-TOMn glow’ is taking an hiatus. Due to low numbers, increased university workload and other factors I have took the decision to stop our Monday sessions for the foreseeable future as we approach Christmas. The intention is to be back in the new year to help get back into fitness after a hectic holiday season! So make sure you keep following the page!

I’d like to thank everyone who’s attended a session the past 4 months - especially those who come religiously week in, week out. They have been so much fun and I hope you have enjoyed them as much as me! From Tom-icana to AuTOMn Glow, I hope I’ve helped keep you fitter and provided one of the funnest hours of your week!

Well here’s the news you’ve been waiting for!! As we wave goodbye to summer (sadly) say hello to our new Monday night format - ‘AutTOMn Glow’!!!

As the nights get darker why not join us and light up Monday evenings with this new dancercise class! The same fun, care free format as ‘Club Tomicana’ but with the added fun of neon lights, glow sticks and an upbeat, pop dance playlist!

Feel free to come dressed for the occasion in your best neon top, bright leg warmers, light up headband etc! All part of the fun!!
