Due to a member of the team retiring we have a job vacancy for a kitchen assistant / house keeping cleaner.
The job requires somebody who is willing to be active throughout the day, helping out in the kitchen whilst also ensuring that the nursery is clean throughout. A clear job description and job rota can be given upon request.
The hours are 11am-5pm. Term time only.
No qualifications necessary
No experience is necessary if you are willing to learn, however, experience would be advantageous.

⭐️ Getting to know the team ⭐️
Amy is our Protostar Room leader and has worked at Bright Stars for nearly 7 years. Amy is a qualified level 3 practitioner and has incredulous amounts of experience looking after babies. 👶 Amy absolutely loves her job and gets great pride out of seeing all the little babies grow up and develop their independence and individual characters.
Amy has 4 children at home, loves to spend her spare time making memories with her family, taking chilled spa days with her wife and socialising with her friends.

Our Shooting stars choir is tomorrow evening, if you are wanting to come along and see how hard our little stars have been practicing then please make sure you have your tickets for entry, the event is 6:30-7:30pm and tickets are £2 each, we look forward to seeing you!

⭐ Nursery Apprenticeship ⭐

We have a vacancy for a new member of the team to start in January 2026

We have an appreciatship place open as 2 of our apprentices have qualified this year and Grace our 3rd apprentice will hopefully be qualified by the end of the year 🙌🏻

The position is 30 hours a week, term time only, on apprenticeship rates.
You must be committed to providing the best care to our little stars and be reliable.

⭐ As most of you will be aware of the sad news that reached us last week regarding our much loved Bright Stars practitioner Hayley. ⭐

Her much loved son Abel was born sleeping on the 5th September. Hayley has created a go fund me page to help with his final resting place.

Any little helps and she will appreciate anything that goes towards putting her baby at peace 😇 💙
Our hearts go out to Hayley and her family during this very sad time 💔
