We’re proud to be part of this programme working with other youth charities to explore new approaches to physical literacy!
Power2
We unleash the power of children and young people so that they can build happy and fulfilling lives.
Earlier this month we held our annual Power2 Paddle dragon boat race fundraiser, proudly sponsored by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP!🚣
Congratulations to P&L: Profits and Lollipops from CVC for coming first place and taking home the winning trophy! 🏆
Thank you to all our amazing supporters – Macquarie Group, CVC, Apax,
Raymond James UK and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP for raising vital funds that will improve the life chances of children and young people.
Because of your support, they will achieve things they never thought possible.

Last year, we contacted our alumni to hear where life had taken them since completing a Power2 programme.
One of the young people we reconnected with was Sainthavi, who joined Teens and Toddlers at 13.
At the time, she was being bullied which left her feeling isolated and stopped her from interacting with students or teachers.
Sadly, she wasn’t alone - research shows that one in five students experienced bullying in the past year (Anti-Bullying Alliance 2025).
By taking part in our Teens and Toddlers group mentoring programme, Sainthavi began to rebuild her confidence. She formed friendships on the programme and discovered the benefits of mentoring a young child.
Now, nearly a decade on at age 22, Sainthavi has completed a chemistry degree and is now pursuing a career in consultancy.
Sainthavi has shown incredible resilience, not only overcoming the impact of bullying but finding her voice and a sense of belonging in her life.
Hear Sainthavi tell her story in her own words in the video below.

On our group mentoring programmes, we pair a young person with a younger child. Along the way, they build genuine friendships that encourage them to be brave and strengthen their resilience.
73% of the children and young people we work with became less shy or withdrawn on our programmes.

Today we’re gearing up for our annual fundraiser where we bring together our corporate partners for a competitive dragon boat race! 🛶
Thank you to everyone paddling and cheering today. Your support helps empower young people year after year.
Good luck to every team taking part - let the racing begin!

We recently asked parents in the North West about their child’s experience on our programmes and the difference it’s made to their lives 💚

On , we’re celebrating the impact of positive role models and how they can inspire younger children to thrive.
Before joining Teens and Toddlers, Haroun, 16, struggled to concentrate in class due to low confidence. He would often get distracted, which affected his learning.
Throughout the sessions, Haroun learnt tools around listening, expressing yourself and responding constructively to others which helped him to be compassionate and enthusiastic with his mentee.
The programme gave him a boost in confidence, and he soon became a natural leader among the nursery children and his peers.
“Every week [the children] were excited to see us and they called us ‘big people’,” said Haroun.
At our 2025 London graduation ceremony, Haroun received the Young Mentor of the Year award!
Watch the video below to hear his story in his own words.
In 2023, we were proud to receive a CSJ (The Centre for Social Justice) award!
Since then, we’ve worked closely with the CSJ on its policy and research initiatives to highlight the challenges young people are facing to achieving their full potential.
We were delighted to have Harry Bradshaw and Daniel Lilley at our anniversary event earlier this year.
Watch the video below to hear their insights and how we’ve been working together.

Before joining Teens and Toddlers, Sienna, aged 13, was struggling to attend school. Her confidence was low, and she felt isolated.
She also found lessons difficult and the classroom environment overwhelming which made it hard for her to concentrate.
When Sienna met her toddler mentee, Teea, for the first time, Teea was very shy and ran away from her. Sienna remained patient and slowly Teea came out of her shell.
“[The programme] has really helped me. Teea has grown so much, and it makes me happy to see,” said Sienna.
By the end of the programme, Sienna had made incredible progress. She started to speak up more in group sessions, sharing her thoughts and opinions without being prompted.
And at school, her attendance more than doubled!
