Hey Rockers!

I wanted to share an update about Rockbox. 😞

Sadly, due to consistently low numbers, the class just isn’t viable or sustainable right now, so I’ve made the tough decision to cancel it moving forward.

I want to say a huge thank you to those of you who did come and showed up when you could — we had some awesome classes. I’m really going to miss seeing you. ❤️🙌🏼

This definitely wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s the right one for now. I appreciate everyone who supported Rockbox and gave it a try. 🫶

If you are interested, the slot will be replaced with an extra Clubbercise class at 6:15 pm that I will be trialling. Bookings are open 🧡💜💛💚

I want to be honest with you, as I’m sure you’ll have noticed that class numbers can be super low lately.

As much as I would LOVE to continue with classes and keep it going, I do need a certain amount of attendees to keep classes viable 😔

Sometimes I don’t get any bookings until the day of the class which means I’m relying on getting enough numbers to be able run the session.

If you still enjoy classes and want to continue if you can, please book on ahead of time where possible ❤️🙌🏼 xx

🎸 A stress busting, mood boosting, drum stick smashing fitness class set to the most epic rock playlist. Held in a darkened room with party lighting.

🎸Fun cardio and toning techniques along with the use of drum sticks allows you to smash away stress and tension whilst providing you with an awesome full body workout. 💪🏼

🖤 This is an inclusive class suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Low impact and low intensity options and adaptions are provided throughout the class.
