FLEXIBLE FRIENDLY FITNESS

One minute it’s January, and then, before you know it, it’s July!

With football, tennis and cycling currently on our screens, it’s a month rich with sporting events, not to mention all manner of festivals. Watching a favourite tennis player struggle on the Centre Court is pretty exhausting, but it’s not the same thing as getting out and about yourself.

Our teachers are trained to adapt their classes to suit the mood, so, when it’s toasty, you can expect slower rhythms, with more stretching, mobilising, relaxation, floor work and seated work. FLexercise classes are there to help keep you strong, agile, flexible and fit!
