Due to Standguide’s Connect to Work expansion across Lancashire, we’re seeking experienced employment professionals to join our Connect to Work Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team. If you’re supportive, steady under pressure, and motivated to help people achieve and find meaningful work, this could be the opportunity for you.

How does IPS differ from other employment services?
IPS is internationally proven to work. The IPS model consists of:
• Voluntary participation
• Smaller caseloads allowing more time per participant
• Employment Specialists conducting the participant’s full end-to-end journey.

You won’t be doing it alone — you’ll receive full support to help you succeed, including Standguide’s Investors in People-accredited staff CPD.
