Dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate in Northumberland and Tyne & Wear. Kaizen Karate Club has clubs based in Ashington, Killingworth, and Gateshead. Sensei Keith Burns, 5th Dan Black belt has over 30yrs experience.
Our classes cater for children (4 years and over) and adults.

Always exciting when multiple clubs come together to train and share expertise, preparing for the upcoming WUKF World Karate Championships in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
