Superhero Day
Some pics from yesterday, being the best fire fighters to put out the fire!
We also enjoyed a game good guy, good guy, bad guy! Today, nursery had a visit from the fire service.
Sharks in the Water! š¦ š¦
This week nursery had a secret mission! They had to cross the shark infested water by building a bridge in teams.
We observed some excellent team work, support and encouragement. We were impressed by their thinking skills.
A message to our St Aidanās community
It is with the greatest pleasure that I share the wonderful news from our recent Catholic School Inspection at St Aidanās. The final report has now been published, and we are absolutely delighted to announce that we achieved Outstanding in all three areas.
This is an exceptional accomplishment and one that reflects the heart, dedication, and daily commitment of our entire staff team. Their passion for nurturing our children, living out our Catholic mission, and striving for excellence in all that we do has been recognised in the highest possible way.
I am incredibly proud of our St Aidanās family. Our staff, pupils, parents, governors, and parish community all play a vital role in making our school the special place it is. Achievements like this do not happen in isolationāthey grow from shared values, collective effort, and a deep sense of belonging.
Thank you for your continued support, trust, and partnership. Today, we celebrate together.

There are no words to express how proud I am of our students performing at Whitley Bay Playhouse tonight. Even the rehersals had me in tears. Thank you to Mrs R for her dedication to the children, Mrs Jobling for helping design and make the costumes, to our parents and carers for their continued support and finally to the students who performed tonight, you are all truly inspirational.
