Last weekend was such a good reminder of why this industry is so special. ✨

Meeting new industry friends, sharing laughs, swapping stories and realising we’re all on the same rollercoaster together.

And today, on International Women’s Day, I just want to say a big thank you to Emily. Even though we’re completely chalk and cheese, our friendship just works. 🤍

It’s proof that when women support each other in business, amazing things happen. The kind of community we want to build is one where we lift each other up, make space at the table, and create more friendships along the way.

Thanks Em. And happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women out there. 💕

💓💓 Every day is an opportunity to support the women around you.

In our industry it’s easy to feel like we’re competing, but the truth is many of us are walking the same path. Building our businesses, chasing our goals, juggling life, and sometimes battling a little self-doubt along the way.

When we choose connection over competition, something powerful happens ✨✨

When we recommend each other, celebrate each other’s wins, share knowledge, and show kindness… we lift the whole industry.

There is space for all of us to grow, succeed and shine.

So today, celebrate the women in your corner.
Support another stylist.
Send encouragement to someone who needs it.
And don’t forget to show yourself some love too.

Because when women support women, incredible things happen. ✨

Happy International Women’s Day 💓

The biggest mistake hairdressers make is that it’s just about the hair!!!

But don’t you want that “aha” moment,
an “aha” moment like I did that changed my business!

The exact system I use every year,
and that I have used since 2012?
But it’s just got better and better every year, and now I will be sharing my secrets with you for free!!!

Want to join my waitlist drop me the word *Christmas* and I will personally drop you a message and add you to my waitlist so you get the juicy Christmas experience first!

Let’s stop pretending it’s all JUST about the perfect balayage and admit it’s actually about the experience and how you make someone feel!!

These tweaks to your salon experience will change everything, just watch!!!!

Are you ready for the next level of your business?

Over the years of growing my business,
I learned that the thing that truly set me apart wasn’t just how I cut or colour hair…
(Yes I was good at that but….)

It was how I made people feel…..
How I created a customer journey designed for my ideal client, based on what they needed and wanted.
And an experience to make me stand out from the crowd.

I’ve quietly been dreaming of a space where I can teach stylists how to create that same unforgettable magic through client experience, a step by step journey and a connection.

So today ……I’m announcing a new era:

✨ Emily Evans – mentor + educator for salon experience!!!
And the first step?
The Chair Experience Club — my heart project, coming very soon.

If you’re a stylist who wants to create an experience and magic beyond a hair cut.
If you want to stop treating your customers like they are on a conveyor belt and make them feel special, make them feel unique.
Stay close!!!

This is going to be different.
This is going to be deep.
This is going to be fun.
And it’s going to be so damn worth it.

Drop a 💙 in the comments if you’re here for it.

Today is the day…
everything I’ve been building behind the scenes finally… makes sense 🥹🥲

I’m so excited all my ideas now make sense,
i feel aligned,
Im buzzing!!

I’ve worked on this in silence between clients, while building Emily’s Hairdressing,
while doing the inner work
(with a lot of help from Claudia 👑)

And now… I’m ready!!!

You’ll know exactly what I mean tomorrow 😍

Get ready for something that’s different,
Something that will make you stand out,
Something that will make your business go to the next level!!
Are you ready??

(Also yes, I spelt my own name wrong in my new handle. I’ve got 14 days to sit with that. 😂😂)

🩵 Drop a 🩷 in the comments if you’re feeling the buzz too
Or drop a 💙 if you’re ready to take your business to the next level!!!!
