Wishing all of our students and families a very happy New Year.

Thank you for being part of such a positive and supportive guitar community. It’s been brilliant seeing the progress, confidence, and enthusiasm from our students, and we’re really excited about what 2026 has in store.

New songs, new challenges, and lots more great guitar playing ahead, we can’t wait to get started.

Here’s to another year of learning, playing, and enjoying music together 🎶

We’d like to wish all of our students and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Lessons are now finished for the Christmas break and will start back on Monday, 5th January.

Thank you for a fantastic year of music, progress, and hard work. Enjoy the holidays, spend time with family and friends, and we’ll see you all in the new year, ready to make more great music!

🔥🎸 Pick Design Champion – Teddy! 🎸🔥

Massive congratulations to Teddy, the winner of our 2025 Pick Design Competition 👏

Not only did Teddy design this awesome pick…
👉 it was turned into a real, playable guitar pick
👉 he received a year’s supply (52 in total!) of his own design
👉 and it’s now the official G4 Ashford pick for 2026 😮🤘

How cool is that?!

From sketch to stage-ready, Teddy’s flaming skull design absolutely stood out, and we couldn’t be more proud. An incredible achievement and a proper rock-star moment.

Well done, Teddy, your pick is officially part of G4 history! 🎸👏

🌟 Most Valuable Player – April 🏆

A huge congratulations to April, who received a Most Valuable Player award at our student performance on 6th December 👏

April brings an amazing attitude to every lesson. She always has a smile on her face and is constantly asking, “Can we make this harder?” 🎸

Whether it’s adding extra parts to songs or pushing exercises further, she loves to challenge herself and never settles for good enough.

That curiosity, confidence, and willingness to stretch herself is exactly what this award is about.

So well deserved, fantastic work, April! 👏✨

🎸 Most Valuable Player – Martin 🏆

Huge congratulations to Martin, who received a Most Valuable Player award at our student performance on 6th December 👏

Martin puts the work in both in and out of lessons, and anyone juggling a career and family knows just how hard that is. He always makes time to practise, and it shows.

On the night, Martin also stepped up and took on the solo in Go Your Own Way for his group’s performance… and absolutely nailed it 🎶🔥

Massively well deserved. Proud of the progress, the effort, and the confidence you showed on stage.
