We’re looking for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join CXK’s Youth Employability Service (YES) in Eastbourne.

You’ll gain practical experience in administration, reception and social media, while supporting a team that helps young people access education, employment and training. Alongside your role, you’ll work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

We’re for a Youth Coach to join our Young People team in East Sussex, working with 16–24-year-olds who are currently disengaged from education, employment or training.

As Youth Coach, you’ll design and deliver engaging 12-week programmes in community settings, providing a mix of one-to-one mentoring and group support. You’ll help young people develop their confidence, life and employability skills, explore opportunities and progress towards education, training, apprenticeships or employment.

This is a varied, community-based role for someone who can build strong relationships with young people, work creatively and connect with employers, colleges, training providers and other local partners.

Ready to rebuild your confidence, develop new skills and move back into work?

Upcycle Your Skills is a free, 2-week programme in Ashford for adults (18+) who’ve been out of work for a while and want support to take their next step.

Developed with SUEZ and Ashford Borough Council, the programme includes:
✨ 1:1 goal-setting with a CXK mentor
✨ Small group workshops focused on confidence, skills and job readiness
✨ A Level 1 Award in Skills for Employment, Training & Personal Development
✨ Exclusive insight sessions with SUEZ plus the chance to interview for live vacancies

Starts 12th October 2026, with enrolment the week prior.

30th September marked the end of an era for CXK as we said goodbye to our National Careers Service colleagues, who are moving on to become part of DWP’s new National Jobs and Careers Service.

A special farewell event at The Old Court celebrated the team’s achievements and the lasting contribution they have made to CXK and our beneficiaries. Since 2015, the service has supported more than 372,000 customers, including helping 53,831 into sustainable employment and 69,762 into learning or training.

We wish all our departing colleagues every success and thank them for their dedication, professionalism and the exceptional impact they have made.

We’re for an Assistant Youth Coach to join our Young People team in East Sussex, working with 16–24-year-olds who are currently disengaged from education, employment or training.

Working closely with the Youth Justice Service, you'll support young people aged 15-18 who are NEET (not in education, employment or training), or at risk of becoming NEET, helping them take positive next steps into education, training or employment.
