Mini forestlings now run on Wednesdays (10:30-12pm) and Thursdays (10:30-12pm)

This is a child-led Forest School for pre-school children and their grown-ups. Time and space to play, explore and discover the woodland at their own pace.

We are offering 2 home education sessions this term.

Explore & Discover (Mondays 12-1.30pm): Hands-on Home Education in the woods, combining Forest School freedom with a new invitation, question or practical project to explore each week.

Wild & Free (Thursdays 12.30-2pm): Child-led Home Education in the woods, giving children the freedom, resources and support to follow their own interests and curiosity.

Home Education - Step-Out Learning sessions specifically designed to enhance the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculums through activities using the woodland environment

Our new session for this term is Woodland Beginnings 🌳🍼

A gentle one-hour woodland session for babies and their grown-ups, centred on connection, sensory exploration and unhurried time together in nature.

These sessions run Wednesdays 12:30-1:30pm. Sessions start Wednesday 9th September for 6 weeks.

What a busy day at Kent Life today- incredible clay modelling, beautiful Hapa Zome and some very impressive fire lays in the “no fire” building challenge. As a bonus we had a fab den with seat built too! We are here all week some come and join our Bushcraft Challenge!
