As you may know if you have tried this already, the breakfast and holiday clubs cannot currently be booked through the Arbor app. Arbor themselves have let us know that this is a problem on their end affecting a large number of different schools that use Arbor, and that they are working urgently to resolve it as a priority. In the meantime, please contact the school office by email or phone to book these clubs. We will let you know as soon as we hear that this functionality in the Arbor app is working again. All other parts of the app are unaffected to the best of our knowledge.
An entirely separate issue that has also occurred this week is that our website provider had a technical failure which meant that they had to restore the websites of many schools, including ours, to the state that they were in early last week. Therefore some children may have experienced their homework links not working as they were the links for the previous week rather than this week. Now that this is completed we have been able to update the website again to include the correct homework links and spellings. If your child has not yet completed their homework, this will now be possible as normal.
