Towers Tiny Tots Day Nursery

September School starters - You should now know what School your child will be attending in September. If you haven’t already told us, please let us know where they will be going.

We now have 3 resuscitation dolls for our staff team to practice on, all our staff are paediatric first aid trained but to enable our team to keep up their skills and confidence we have purchased these to practice different 1st aid emergencies.
What shall we call them? 🤔

We have 4 ducklings that have now hatched.

Our duckling eggs have arrived, and one duckling has already hatched.

Bring along your favourite book to show and share with your friends at nursery all next week to celebrate World book day.

This week we have been busy promoting our recycling, we have our new bags that we can recycle paper, plastic and glass.
We have created our recycle presentation board. The children attached some rubbish on our turtle.
Our class have been making wild bird feeders for the garden.
We discovered that salty water helps to defrost the ice. We used hammers to break the ice up , we have had lots of fun.

This week we have had lots of fun activities in the baby room! We have explored jelly and cream in the shape of a candy cane, decorated our own christmassy biscuits, done some Christmas sticking and painting activities, and explored with trains and animals in the tuff tray, we’ve had lots of messy fun!

If your child is struggling to give up their dummy why not give this a go.

The children in the big room have had lots of fun here at Towers Day Nursery, the children have been doing experiments and having lots of fun discovering fun tuff trays. We have been celebrating nursery rhyme week too.
