Some exciting News in the Nursery - The children have been looking after duck eggs and now have 5 baby ducklings - they will have fun watching them grow until the end of the week when they will return to the farm.

Nursery had a great sports day where the sun certainly shone. The children did an amazing job of running their races and having a go at lots of different activities. We then had a picnic with all of our families. Thank you so much for coming

Today the Nursery had a visit from some animals from The North school farm. We had two lambs, a rabbit and chickens. The children were very careful stroking them and asked great questions such as what they eat, what they drink and what else they need. It was great to have this real life experience and the children behaved amazingly.

Now that the weather is warming up, please ensure you send your child with a named sun hat. Please ensure you apply sun lotion in the morning (once a day stuff is good) and send a named bottle of sun lotion if you feel your child will need re-applying.
