We’d heard wonderful things about Rebecca Bridgford-Whittick and what her and her team achieve at Wells Cathedral School so it was great that she was able to join us for our free CPD on ‘How to be a Neuro affirming school’ in January.

As a result of of attending, Rebecca said that, “I am going to send a staff questionnaire similar to the one modelled and I am also going to compile a document/overview looking at all the positive neuro affirming strategies etc we already have in place and look at how we can improve this further. I feel that we should be proud of what we do.” 💚

Our task for you this Saturday is to go outside and close your eyes for 10 seconds.

What can you hear? Can you tell someone 3 things you heard? Were they loud noises, soft noises, natural noises?

Can you do it again, can you hear something else? Can you do it with someone else at the same time? Do you hear the same things?
