Cookery classes for all abilities

Bespoke packages available for private bookings, individuals, community groups and schools. Reconnecting people with food and encouraging them to value cooking good food at home is at the heart of Conibear's Kitchen. Classes are small, relaxed and informal with plenty of hands on practical tasks allowing you to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to recreate the recipes at home.

𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲! 😎

Whilst the summer months are quiet on the course front, we can sometimes still accommodate requests.
So when previous bakers Helen and Sarah (strangers to each other) got in touch asking about each bringing a friend on an course, it was a miracle that all our stars aligned to be available today ✨️

And what a day it was too! Besides the most delicious breads made and baked, there was wall to wall chatter and laughter throughout, and we enjoyed an alfresco lunch surrounded by blue skies and sunshine ☀️

Our Italian Breads course is fitting any time of year, but more so in the summer months. Specials today were foccaccia, grissini, ciabatta and enriched panini rolls.

I really need to remember to take more pictures though, but it's just so busy I always forget! Anyway, there were some very happy bakers heading home with bags full of delicious bread 😋

𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 😃

Last weekend saw the flour table in full flour action as we welcomed Suzanne, Carol and Sarah on our course. Another great day baking some Italian classics, including tending to the very delicate ciabatta dough, making sure we didn't knock any of the air out of it! Safe to say the ciabatta rolls turned out perfectly 🙌

We've also had a one 2 one course where our baker wanted to start their bread making journey in a space where they could absorb and learn at their own pace.

𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 🇫🇷 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆. 𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆!
