A final farewell and a big thank you....
Firstly thank you everyone who came to our final fundraising event, the toy sale. Amazing support from the staff team Laura Harvey Mary Haynes Tracey, Julie and Lyn for getting everything out and sorting it. We did some tip runs, deliveries to school and the charity shop, thanks Rachel, Annie and Caroline for your helping hands. It's strange leaving and seeing the hall and especially the shed so empty!
Special thanks to Paul Jones our Treasurer who has done so much in the background and to Katie, Georgia and Rachael and the rest of the fundraising team (including the staff) for your continued support to getting us to the end.
Thanks again to the staff team for sticking in there and seeing the term through. It's been hard and emotional and I know they will miss the children so much. We couldn't have done it without you. Good luck for the future.
52 years has seen so many families come through the doors of the village hall, keep remembering the special times and look back with fondness! We've heard some lovely stories recently so don't forget them.
A final thank you to everyone who has been involved over the years, however big or small it all made a difference.
